Interbrand is looking for smart, dynamic HR Generalist to work in a fast paced, high energy office to provide general HR support to assigned teams and projects. In this role, you will research, design and implement projects that support HR initiatives across all offices, recruit for jobs across the organization and work with leadership to ensure that our unique culture is preserved.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- HR liaison to assigned teams, providing employee relations and HR generalist support
- Recruit for junior and mid- level positions in assigned teams as well as assisting the recruiting function during times of high volume hiring.
- Work on special project including HRIS, performance management system and employee relations events
- Foster a workplace environment that is consistent with the values and vision outlined by the leadership of the company
- Stay current on HR regulations and trends and provide advice related to compliance with all federal, state and local laws related to employee benefits, compensation, employment and training
- Serve as internal consultant to managers in assigned teams and advisor/mediator in employee situations
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR best practices and business processes
- Identify and brings to the attention of the HR Director common workplace morale and strategic issues
- Provides immigration support to assigned teams as needed
- Manages company events including Holiday parties, health fairs, employee programs and volunteer events.

Qualifications/Skills and Knowledge Requirements:
- Successful track record as a HR generalist with 3-5 years relevant experience
- Strong recruiting experience (minimum 3 years)
- Excellent organizational skills and interpersonal skills, including ability to resolve disputes and observe confidentiality
- Ability to effectively use PC (or MAC) and widely used software packages, e.g., spreadsheets (excel), word, HRIS/database

Educational/Work Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organization Psychology or Communications or equivalent
- MA/MBA a plus
