Job Summary:
Supervise staff of three ensuring on a daily basis the effective balancing of Cash Operations while providing a high level of customer service to internal and external constituents. Additionally, this position will ensure compliance with all internal controls and procedures while effectively working with other operations management and staff.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Weekly and monthly statistical reporting
• Balance department
• Approve accounting entries
• Track customer satisfaction survey results
• Work with vault supervisor to arrange orders of new currency with the Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP)
• Oversee Custodial Inventory (CI) program
• Schedule staff rotations
• Review operations for compliance with controls and procedures
• Staff Development
• Conduct regular staff meetings
• Perform Difference Analysis
• Administer compliance awareness programs
• Administer communications for new currency and coin releases
• Provide back-up support to other management team members as needed
• Perform Information Security Liaison responsibilities

Job Qualifications:
• Strong work ethic and highly motivated while being professional, enthusiastic and flexible
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of internal staff and external entities
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Attention to detail with an appreciation for timely, accurate and well documented results
• Ability to follow and apply strict guidelines and procedures
• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience
