The Howard Phillips Center for Children & Families, a part of Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children is seeking:

Clinical Supervisor (Healthy Families Orange)
Social Services

Supervise paraprofessional staff and ensure that they offer high quality, efficient, family-centered support to families. Provide hands-on supervision through weekly staff meetings and case file review. Conduct performance evaluations of supervised staff. Provide comprehensive training and orientation and conduct joint home visits.

Interested candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Child Development, Psychology, Social Work, Nursing or a related field and 2+ years of supervisory experience in the areas of maternal/child care, child abuse and neglect, parent education, home-based family support and outreach programs with families of diverse cultural backgrounds. A valid Florida driver’s license, automobile insurance and registration and ability to travel to various sites throughout the community are required.
